UPDATED Short-Form Applications for Collaborators and Projects

Hello Fellow Collaborators-

SHORT-FORM APPLICATIONS - via our main page, Collaboration.ProsperSystems.biz

In the last, 12/28 post, we said we've "refined our Collaborator and Project Applications into robust 'Apps' to be expanded more in 2012." Well, we've expanded them.

The two updated Applications are:

Abcrr.ProsperSystems.biz - Buyer, Collaborator, Referrer and Representative App
Aproject.ProsperSystems.biz - Project App: Property, High-Tech Business, Commodity

Our Applications are divided into two parts (see bottom of the Excel frame):

Simple, inviting, short form - initial intake sheet (I) - mostly contact information
Full intake sheet (A) - all the confidential information we need to best collaborate - to be completed by the applicant, or interactively with his/her Collaborator or Representative

In addition:

Only those cells that can be modified are open to input or modification
The applicant can tab through each
The short-form inputs can also start the other App

Reminders:

The inputs immediately populate an entry for our confidential database
Our databases are never published or shared with anyone but our closest Collaborators, with a signed non-disclosure agreements - then only on a "need to know basis." We work diligently to acquire this information, so it would be ridiculous to share it casually or needlessly.
For the Project App, the Collaboration (sales) Sheet is automatically created, which are only distributed via close Collaborators:

Less-sensitive Buyer/Referrer version without specific location or ownership names
Very-confidential Collaborator version with fee structure, specific location and ownership

Plans are to add to the Project App: automatic creation of more buyer input forms
A Collaborator can also change the email address in the Apps to his for smoother operations to make this "his" App.

The Dow is Crashing in terms of Gold, Oil and many other "Commodities"

I've been reading Michael Maloney's "no baloney" book, Guide to Investing in Gold and Silver. Excellent historical and current perspectives on the realities of our financial system. Doing more research on his chapter "What's the Value," one finds an expanded version of The Dow is Crashing, which is VERY enlightening.

All this decade, pundits have been watching the Dow in terms of dollars as if it were a guide to the health of the economy. However, in terms of most other commodities we use, often daily, it diving quickly. In Gold, it is about a fifth of what is was entering 2000. In Silver or Oil, it is worse.

He goes further about our manipulated Cost of Living index, which is more like 12% than the 3% used by the Feds (or the 0% the last two years according to Social Security).

Reading it, you'll be hard-pressed not to agree that Gold and Silver are the great hedges against inflation; in fact, it is our only real money.

Our start-up, GoldPanAm.com, we are factoring in a much higher inflation rate in our costs. For my consulting work, I'm asking for payment in Gold or Silver, since it is the most negotiable, rapidly-growing commodity. (I'm finding a few brokers offering only a 3% spread between buy and sell prices.)

In addition, chart analysis of Silver this century shows a great positive trend change that could easily be sustained given run-away Federal spending.

To see the reality of this offer from a capitalization standpoint, here's a little math on a first-round capitalization that I know, similar to what I learned from a Master in 1992 [updated to clarify]:

Shopping: More and more people are shopping on the "Web"/Internet - for convenience, necessity, selection or price. In fact, retailers without a Web presence will be struggling soon.
Marketing: the latest, smartest and least expensive marketing is generally based on GOgitMMM(TM) - (make a) Great Offer - Get (prospect) Information Today (adding to a database) - Market, Market, Market - continuous marketing via one or more channels: (1) Electronic (email, text mail, video, webinar, recorded message, auto-dialer, fax broadcast, private website) or (2) Conventional (direct mail, printed newsletter, seminar). This can increase online sales 10-20 fold!
Work: Once set up - FREE or otherwise - Electronic Marketing, especially web-based, can work nearly on its own, bringing in sales 24/7 with no daily work on your part. It's like owning a company with a great management team - you just keep an eye on the team, encouraging them once in a while and account for the income.
Affiliate Marketing: Compensating for referrals has been part of business forever. But on the Web, it is (1) straight-forward to set up an "affiliate/referral program link" to the seller's website with the affiliate's ID number, (2) easy to use on email, websites, newsletters and other marketing, and (3) can be verrrry lucrative, IF the selling website uses GOgitMMM.
