  • ONE #VIRTUAL #PACKAGE.  The goal is to assign a 'digital address' to every #property - #commercial to #residential - secured in an #OpenFormat database.  Each address will contain #data on the property for any kind of transaction, including:  #Occupancy; #Financial Background; #Features and #Performance; #Titles and #Deeds; #Liens and other #Historical Data.  Each digital address is secured.   • LEAD #TECHNOLOGY.  There are new blockchain technology companies vying for #supremacy in commercial real estate - looking to improve upon processes for brokers.  #DigitalAddresses will be assigned by a CRE blockchain company like open-source Ethereum, will contain secured #lease and #purchase #transaction information, and can be accessed in a #publicly and #transparently. What will separate one blockchain company from another is how automated the data is in their blockchain, such as #SmartContracts that can automatically execute #payments, lease #agreements, #renewals, and other executable actions, after an appropriate number of signatures have been verified."  Lnkd.in/da2TdhT 
  • #CHALLENGES FACING ADOPTION.  One blockchain obstacles is tying #digital address or #token #data back to a #physical address.  FOAM Inc is creating #technology using #beacons to link virtual blockchain addresses to their physical locations.  Other companies are providing #MLS listings backed by blockchain technology.  Using for both #residential and CRE will #incentivize #brokers and #agents to #adopt blockchain more rapidly.  Using digital addresses enable #sales and #leasing #transactions using the same virtual tokens. When blockchain revolutionizes CRE, it could cut out many of #middlepersons typically involved.  HOWEVER, this technology is still being #tested on a #smallscale and has yet to truly #disrupt the market."

  • #PRIVACY-FRIENDLY WORKSTATIONS.  Despite the popularity of open spaces and dynamic layouts, there’s still a strong reason NOT to put private areas. If you enclose some part on your floor plan, you leave out the conventional dividers or booths. Instead, use semi-enclosed arrangements [and make sure partitions are high enough, and ceilings absorb enough #sound, to ensure minimal distraction].
