    • Industrial is hot, and there's much space becoming available from poor-service retailers.  
    • To produce #income while waiting on approvals, grow other crops - such as hemp and year-round produce production in warm and cold climates.  
    • Research #VerticalFarming, to see the pros, cons, tips and solid advice, from Farmers, Off-Grid experts and Ag schools.
    • It is a #challenge, but great learning, to grow leafy greens in prep for MJ.
    • MAKE SURE there will be a large market, since for produce, grocery chains are wary of crops grown in cold climates.
